Trekking can be defined as a journey, especially on foot and in mountains, that can enable you to procure a great knowledge on various aspects: sociology and anthropology, geography, biology, etc. It is equally important for our physique and health. It helps balance our appetite as well.
Trekking in Nepal
No doubt, you can experience some world-class trekking routes in Nepal. This is why the country is also known as "A Trekkers' Paradise." Due to the immense contrast in altitudes and climatic conditions found here, you will see a spectacular mixture of lifestyle, vegetation and wildlife.Friendly people with a great variety of cultures and traditions, picturesquevillages, ancient temples, monasteries along the trail and breathtaking landscapes support to make your trekking an experience for a lifetime.

The famous seasons for trekking in Nepal are spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November). However, you can trek at lower altitudes in winter (December-February) and in the rain shadow areas north of the Himalayas such as Mustang, Upper Manang and Dolpo in summer (June-August). So, trekking in the country is feasible any time of the year depending on where you are going.

It is just to walk on the mountains at one's own pace. It is not Mountaineering. So, it is not necessary to be trained as a mountaineer or climber. We actually offer two types of treks depending upon the time & budget of the guests. The first one is camping trek and the second is teahouse trekking. There is only small difference between these treks. First, if one likes to do the camping trek, it comes little bit expensive, as there should be guide, porters, cook, kitchen boys, Sherpa, necessaryequipment like tents, down sleeping bag, mattresses, jackets, all the kitchen utensils etc.
On the another hand, the teahouse trek is not expensive, as camping trek because of not needed to take all the gears like tents, kitchen utensils, and the cook/kitchen boys etc. Of course, all necessary equipment will be provided with an experienced & all the foods three meals a day will be provided from the menu & accommodation will be provided on a teahouse or lodges along the way during the treks we have specialized on Nature tours, Bird watching tours, Photography tours, Cultural tours, Pilgrimage tours, White water rafting, Jungle safari, Trekking, Peak Climbing, Mountaineering, Expedition etc; we always be glad to make satisfied to our guests as according to their choice & interest. At the same time, we take special care to the guests for their health, safety & the time as well.
We have graded the Treks as follows:
Grade 1: This Grade ranges between 900m to 2,000m & one should be reasonably in good health.
Grade 2: A moderate trek varies between 900m to 3,000m with side treks to higher elevation.
Grade 3: A remote and unpopulated mountain trek that goes up to 4,000m high
Grade 4: Needs a good level of health & physical fitness to reach up to the height of 5,550m.
Grade 5: The trekker should have knowledge of using the mountaineering equipment such as ice axe, crampons & others.
There is three type of trekking, which could be done as follows:
Easy Trekking, which could be done on the low, lands to the Hill area up to 4,700mts.To do this type of trek is very easy and one may not need any kind Equipment, only the necessary gear such like ordinary sleeping bag, jacket, light cloths, a guide, necessary porters etc on the tea house trek. But, for the camping trekking it should be carried tents, kitchen utensils, all the foods three meals a day, cook, kitchen boy, Sherpa, a guide and other extra porters
to carry all these things.

The moderate trek means to trek on the higher elevation than the easy trek one. it must need some warm clothes like down sleeping bags, jacket, and woolen socks etc. for this type of trek. This kind of trek also could be arranged as teahouse or camping.
